As a Client Acquisition Specialist with The Tyler Brewer Agency
, you will leverage our ongoing, award-winning training to achieve the following:
- Set appointments with prospective clients
- Offer recommendations to generate sales
- Provide continuous, excellent customer service to the client base
- Master your schedule
- This is a fully
commission/1099 plus incentives position. Although it is not salaried, typical first-year entry-level agents average $50,000 - $75,000
, and part-time agents average $20,000-$40,000
. - New agents can achieve production-based incentives in their first year
- Experienced sales agents who have been with The Brewer Agency for two or more years can earn upwards of $200,000+ in commissions and bonuses
- Sales-minded and open to connecting via phone and your network
- Passion for people and developing sales relationships
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success
