Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Client & Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role is key in managing strong client relationships while supporting our internal sales team and brand initiatives. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for clients and ensure smooth coordination across sales and brand activities.
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong UK and international client relationships.
- Prepare and present client updates, including sales performance, activity summaries, and quarterly plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and communications.
- Sales & Brand Support:
- Support the Sales Team and Field Sales Team with reporting, call cycles, and daily operations.
- Assist with new product launches from conception to completion, coordinating clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Implement brand strategies and promotional plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and communicate pricing models, trade price lists, and ensure product compliance.
- Operational & Administrative Support:
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, sample stock, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including stands, stock, staff, and creative materials.
- Maintain internal systems and portals (e.g., Brand Bank, Repsly) to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Act as first point of contact for visitors and customer service communications.
- Key Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience in client or account management, ideally in a sales or brand-support environment.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, able to meet deadlines.
- Confident communicator, able to present to clients and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Good Excel and analytical skills.
- Office-based with a day to work from home (to be discussed & agreed with Managing Director)
- Free parking at the office
- Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
