Business Development Manager​/Sales Executive – and Office solutions; B2C

The Opportunity

Our business opportunity division is looking for, a seasoned B2C and B2C Sales Professional with a strong background in high-ticket, complex sales to sell vending business opportunities to private investors and entrepreneurs and servicing our B2B clientele with office snack, coffee, fresh food and water solutions.

This is not transactional sales. This is consultative, solution-driven selling
.

You will engage prospects who are exploring:

• Business ownership
• Franchise-style opportunities
• Capital investment with long-term returns
• In-office snack and drink solutions.

• Respond and attend to all leads generated for the sales team.
  We supply ample leads that have shown a keen interest in the Business Opportunity offer. Your responsibility is to engage, develop a solution, nurture and close.
• Sell high-value vending business opportunities to individual investors (B2C) and office solutions (B2C)
• Manage the full outbound sales cycle: lead engagement, needs analysis, solution presentation, and close
• Conduct consultative, solutions-based sales conversations
• Educate prospects on ROI, operational models, and scalability
• Build trust and long-term relationships with buyers
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting

You are a proven closer who thrives in selling big-ticket opportunities
, not products.

You likely come from one or more of the following backgrounds:

• Capital equipment or complex machinery sales
• Franchise sales or business opportunity sales
• Insurance, investments, or financial services
• Real estate sales
• Diversified outbound sales roles

• 5–10 years of outbound sales experience
• Proven success in high-value B2C and B2C sales
• Experience selling solutions

• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
• Contactable references with a verifiable track record
