As a Sales Executive, your role will involve outbound calling warm leads provided to achieve monthly sales targets. You will focus on establishing customer needs and helping them make informed decisions on the best plan for their needs.
Main Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed sales targets, directly impacting earnings and career growth.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their healthcare needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Master our diverse range of global healthcare insurance products and navigate regulatory requirements with confidence.
- Work alongside a dynamic sales team to achieve both individual and shared success.
- Reach and surpass set standards, showcasing dedication to excellence.
- Utilise Salesforce to manage your sales pipeline and track progress.
- Sell with integrity and build trust with every customer interaction.
- Keep accurate records and files, ensuring smooth operations.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Experience in outbound telesales in a fast-paced environment.

- Shift patterns:
Monday - Friday (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm) with one late shift per week. - 4 weeks of training on start.
