Position: Senior Sales Executive, Employer segment (2 openings: east and west region) - remote opportunity

Overview

Employer Industry: Healthcare and Wellness Solutions

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve new business revenue targets in the employer segment
  • Identify, qualify, and close new employer accounts for physical fitness solutions
  • Partner with benefits consultants and employer HR leaders to influence purchasing decisions
  • Conduct sales presentations and serve as a trusted advisor on employer health strategy
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide insights to the executive team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or employee benefits
  • Proven track record of selling to employers and HR decision-makers
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Strong consultative selling skills and exceptional communication capabilities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Additional business or sales certifications are a plus
  • Familiarity with corporate wellness trends and performance metrics valued by HR leaders
