Responsibilities- Create a territory plan to grow market share, win competitive conversions, and achieve annual revenue targets using value selling across all assigned product lines.
- Utilize the CRM system to maintain an accurate sales funnel, customer contacts, activities and forecast for your territory.
- Introduce new business to Radiometer product lines while driving favorable pricing and contract coordination per the company’s growth objectives.
- Leverage existing relationships across Radiometer and other Danaher operating companies to improve visibility, customer intimacy and win‑rates.
- Plan, organize and execute sales calls and lead key accounts throughout the sales cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree required – Scientific/Business major or other scientific major preferred.
- 5+ years sales experience in medical diagnostics, veterinary diagnostics, medical device or academia and research, including capital equipment sales.
- Strong understanding of Bio Process, therapeutic drug development, veterinary and agriculture market experience a plus.
- Proficient in business management systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database and CRM.
Physical Requirements
- Estimated travel 50‑70%, including overnight travel in a 10‑15 state territory and 10% outside the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs and meet other physical requirements.
- Distribution or manufacturer sales background.
This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement. Additional information will be provided by the interview team.
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this role is $95,000 – $100,000. This role is also eligible for commissions/bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
