• Foster strong customer relationships through responsiveness and follow-ups on open quotes
• Communicate and sell the employer's value proposition, including unique billing models and coverage options
• Support a high-performing sales culture by prioritizing and managing daily work activities
• Handle inbound sales calls while balancing outbound communication to close sales effectively

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience
• Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
• Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset
• Outstanding organization, desk management, time management, and computer skills

• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) skills
