Wholesale Account Executive - WESTERN U.S. (Salt Lake City, Utah)

Join Lend Sure Mortgage Corp as a Wholesale Account Executive. Lend Sure specializes in non‑QM mortgage solutions, and we are seeking consultative and service‑oriented account executives with a strong work ethic who are highly coachable. No mortgage experience is required, but a background in sales is preferred.

You’ll undergo 3 months of training on a base salary to learn the business and acquire the tools and knowledge needed to be effective in a B2B environment. You will forge relationships with loan officers who are often industry veterans and must know more than they do. Once you hit the field, you will be on a commission‑only compensation plan with a low floor but a very high ceiling, giving the opportunity to earn more than $350,000 per year.

Initially you will be required to be in the Cottonwood Heights, UT office five days a week, but as you prove yourself you will earn flexibility to work from home.

This is a W2 position with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) (matching up to 4%), Life Insurance, Flexible Time Off, and Employee Discounts.

As a full‑time Wholesale Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through warm calls, presentations, and relationship establishment/management. You will balance identifying and qualifying new opportunities with managing and closing your existing pipeline of loans. You will collaborate closely with the operations team to advance leads through the sales cycle to successful funding, leveraging strong communication skills to set expectations, sell terms/pricing, and ask for referrals.
