Regional Loan Officer - Florida (Remote)

Are you an established Real Estate Investment Loan Originator? We want you on our team. In this role, you won’t be limited to your local region; you will lend nationwide while also establishing yourself as the go-to person for funding in your region. This Outside Sales position offers access to the Lima One product suite of Fix and Flip Loans, New Construction Loans, and Rental Property Loans by growing business partner relationships, tapping into your network, and sourcing and developing relationships with successful real estate investors.

Target Markets: Orlando, FL | Tampa, FL | Miami, FL (remote; open to talent across the region)

• Sales Production:
  Take full ownership of sales by personally sourcing and funding $2-3+ million in closed loans per month. Build direct-to-sponsor and broker relationships, prospect for new opportunities, and develop connections with key industry players to create a steady pipeline of loans.
• Originate Diverse Loan Products:
  Structure and originate a range of loan products, from $30MM guidance lines to $15MM projects, with competitive pricing across Fix-and-Flip, Ground-up Construction, and DSCR loans to serve clients.
• Manage the Entire Loan Process:
  Drive deals from initial outreach through loan structuring, underwriting, approval, and closing, coordinating with internal teams for smooth processing.
• Consult and Advise Clients:
  Educate business partners, referral sources, brokers, and investors on the Lima One value proposition as a trusted advisor in real estate investment property finance.
• Enhance Community Presence:
  Strengthen your presence in the real estate investor community by speaking at industry events, leading roundtable discussions, and building strong partnerships to unlock opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Active current NMLS license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Book of Business or investor network that complements Lima One’s loan product suite (Fix and Flip, New Construction, Rental Property DSCR, and Bridge loans)
• 2+ years’ experience in private lending (FNF, Bridge, New Construction and/or Perm Debt) in single family and multifamily asset classes
• Understanding of the real estate investment property industry and ability to articulate how Lima One products can help clients grow
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business
• Energetic and passionate about delivering superior customer experience

  Base salary plus uncapped commission potential. First-year earnings typically $100k-$300k; top performers exceed $500k annually.
