Join Danaher Corporation as a Diagnostics Solutions Executive and help drive growth across our diagnostic business in the United States.
About the RoleAs a Diagnostics Solutions Executive you will partner across Danaher Diagnostics Operating Companies to deliver comprehensive diagnostic solutions to top accounts nationwide. You will cultivate strong relationships with customers, develop account strategies, coordinate executive sponsor ships, and lead sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sound account plan that aligns with customers' business and financial goals.
- Build relationships with the C‑suite and key stakeholders in each health system.
- Lead the year‑over‑year business plan, integrating value drivers to accelerate revenue growth.
- Utilize Danaher Business System tools to orchestrate sales campaigns and ensure alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with Delivery Operations to manage installation, go‑live and post‑install maintenance.
- Ensure local team alignment with overall strategy, provide coaching and leadership.
- Manage funnel, funnel velocity, account action plans, executive level selling, and consolidation of operating company proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree (business or sciences); master’s preferred.
- 20+ years of sales experience with at least 15 years in hospital or laboratory settings.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset.
- Solid project management skills.
Physical Requirements
Travel up to 75% of the time. Motor vehicle record and physical demands as outlined in standard job requirements.
Preferred Experience- Knowledge of hospital operating finances and health‑care economics.
- Experience in research, marketing/communications or people management.
Base salary range: $230,000 to $270,000. Eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k).
