• Conduct sales calls and guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
• Set appointments using various communication methods including phone, email, and marketing campaigns
• Identify client goals for process improvement and recommend tailored solutions
• Provide value-added services such as technical support and relationship management
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to benefit both the customer and the employer

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of new customer acquisition sales or related experience, preferably in banking
• Proven track record in team selling and lead sharing environments
• Strong understanding of business concepts including account payable and purchasing systems
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and meet driving record criteria

• Association with the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong data analysis skills and superior presentation abilities
