** Your daily life
** Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for all sales representation activities in the assigned territory ensuring a continued growth of our markets. In particular, he/she will:
* Develop the annual sales plan, objectives and forecasts aligned with the overall sales plan.
* Develop a network of independent representatives to support sales growth.
* Identify potential business opportunities and cultivate new entrepreneurial clients.
* Promote our products to engineers on new projects.
* Create and execute customized marketing plans for key clients in the territory.
* Participate in trade shows and associative events.
* Support cost calculations with internal team.
* Act as a resource person for internal technical team.
** What you bring
*** Bachelor's degree in engineering, in commence or a related discipline.
* A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position combined with a solid track record.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to develop clients and identify strategies and opportunities.
* Computer skills, CRM and other software.
* Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
* Bilingualism – not required English required.
** Working conditions
*** Home office and road travel (50-60%)
* Territory covered:
North East Coast and parts of Canada
* Passport and driver's license required.
