We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to drive our next stage of growth. In this role, you’ll work directly with leadership, prospecting and creating opportunities with founders, CEOs, and scaling SMEs. You’ll often be the first voice prospects hear, so clear, confident, and energetic communication is essential.
This isn’t just a lead-generation role—it’s a launchpad. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in full‑cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, and have a clear path to grow into an Account Executive or even a Head of Sales role as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities- Execute multi‑channel outbound prospecting (email, Linked In, cold calls) to targeted founders, executives, and VC partners.
- Identify and nurture high‑potential prospects that align with our ICP (early‑stage and scaling SMEs).
- Conduct initial prospect evaluations (funding stage, headcount, people challenges) before booking meetings.
- Generate qualified meetings for leadership, ensuring a healthy pipeline and consistent deal flow.
- Leverage tools like Pitch Book, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Hub Spot to research and build prospect lists.
- Communicate our value proposition with clarity and impact across all outreach.
- Track, update, and manage activity in Hub Spot, ensuring smooth handovers and accurate reporting.
- Continuously test and optimize outreach cadences, messaging, and conversion tactics.
- 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or business development.
- Familiarity with the US startup/SME market and experience collaborating with international teams remotely.
- Confident and engaging on the phone, articulate over email, and persistent without being pushy.
- Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
This role is designed to accelerate your sales career. You’ll receive direct coaching from experienced leadership on:
- Full‑cycle sales: from prospecting → discovery → proposal → close.
- Strategic selling: engaging with CEOs, founders, and investors.
- Personal brand building: leveraging Linked In and content to open doors.
- Career development: progression into Account Executive within 12–18 months, with potential to grow into sales leadership as the team expands.
- Base salary: USD $1,500/month.
- Full‑time, remote role (EST hours).
- Tools:
Hub Spot, Pitch Book, Sales Navigator, Click Up, Google Suite. - Work directly with leadership in a dynamic, founder‑led team.
