- Ensure successful product launch plans and territory sales objectives.
- Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders in oncology and urology.
- Become an expert in product information and communicate effectively.
- Drive product demand and understand the prostate cancer patient journey.
- Create and implement effective territory business plans.
- Monitor competitive sales activities and provide insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute the launch plan.
- Comply with all applicable laws and company policies.
- BA or BS degree in life sciences or business administration.
- 7+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven sales experience in Urology or Oncology.
- Skilled in virtual customer interactions.
- Strong knowledge of the reimbursement environment.
- Experience in product launch and account management.
- Ability to analyze and present technical details.
