Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

, you’ll be on the front line of our growth — identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who’s motivated, curious, and eager to kick‑start a career in tech sales.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
  • Basic understanding of sales processes or SaaS business models.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of our team.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone, and Linked In outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system.
  • Understand Autenti’s product offerings and communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Nice to have
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM Hub Spot.
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Interest in digital transformation, SaaS, b2b sales.
  • Strong research skills and creativity in outreach approach.
