The Weather spoon Agency (TWA) is a captive life insurance agency specializing in supplemental benefits delivered through unions, associations, and affiliated organizations nationwide. Our role is to educate and support members who have requested information about their benefits—providing clarity, guidance, and long-term service.

This position is designed for individuals seeking career progression, responsibility, and leadership development in a remote professional environment.

As a Life Benefits Specialist, you will work directly with members who have requested benefits information through their organization. This is a client-service–focused role
, centered on education, compliance, and relationship management—not cold outreach or high-pressure sales.

High-performing specialists may progress into senior advisory, mentoring, or leadership roles based on performance, consistency, and professional readiness.

• Client Requests Provided – Members initiate contact through their union or association.
• Structured Growth Path – Clear expectations and advancement opportunities into senior and leadership roles.

• Communicate with members who have requested benefits information.
• Provide clear, accurate education on available life insurance benefits.
• Support members through enrollment and policy understanding.
• Maintain state licensing, compliance, and professional standards.
• Manage a consistent schedule and follow established agency processes.

• Residency: Must reside in Georgia, Alabama, District of Columbia, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia

• Experience: No prior insurance experience required; professional, service-oriented backgrounds are encouraged.
• Accountability: Strong time management and follow-through in a remote setting.
• Growth-Oriented: Interested in long-term development and leadership opportunities.
• Licensing: A life insurance license is required; agency support and guidance are provided, including temporary licensing options where available.
