The Account Executive will sell directly to school districts, charter schools, and other Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin educational facilities. The position will include prospecting, presenting to mid-level and C-level leadership, helping negotiate contracts, helping fulfill contracts, and other sales and marketing responsibilities. Pay is base plus commission with a flexible schedule and great potential.

* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Develop and nurture relationships with district and school administrators in your territory
* Prospect and nurture a pipeline of opportunities
* Demo eLuma's proprietary software and solutions
* Sign on new accounts
* Help follow through on new contracts
* Work with the implementation team to get new accounts up and running
* Rapidly build territory through thoughtful, consultative sales that position our clients for success
* Source, develop, and close leads through conferences, email, and marketing-generated leads
* Partner with Marketing to drive marketing-qualified leads in your territory
* Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with decision makers in your territory
* Write, present, and execute a territory plan
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling to K-12 school districts, 5+ years preferred
* Experience with pipeline management
* Understanding of Hub Spot, Salesforce, and Google Apps preferred
* Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or a combination of education/experience required
* Ability to travel up to 35% for team meetings, conferences, events, etc.
