Location: Town of Poland

Overview

We seek a driven and experienced sales professional from the signage or brand‑implementation sector, especially with prior work in fueling stations or convenience store clients. Candidates should have established relationships and a book of business aligned with petroleum, retail, and developer verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and expand relationships with fuel and convenience retail operators, developers, QSR and multi‑site clients.
  • Drive new pipeline generation by leveraging an existing book of business within the fuel/petroleum signage sphere.
  • Lead full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation, order processing, and delivery coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—design, fabrication, installation, permitting—to meet client expectations and ensure consistency with brand standards.
  • Engage in strategic account planning, including roll‑out projects with repeat locations or national chains.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and service offering enhancements.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and occasional visits to company hubs; remote‑first but preference for proximity to regional offices.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of account management, business development, or sales roles in the signage, convenience/fuel‑station signage or brand roll‑out industry.
  • Proven experience with canopy signage, LED price displays, pump graphics, pylon/monument signage, way finding and building .
  • Strong existing relationships (book of business) within fuel or convenience retail sectors.
  • Familiarity with national rollouts, brand maintenance programs, refresh initiatives, and project management in signage deployments (similar to industry leaders such as Stratus offering petroleum & C‑store signage and refresh services)
  • Understanding of permitting, municipal signage codes, and multi‑site execution.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a consultative service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and sustained revenue targets.
Location & Travel

Remote position, but preference will be given to candidates located near company hubs. Ideal regions include:
California (Southern or Northern), Arizona, Nevada, Utah or Colorado. Periodic travel is required to meet clients or visit company installations or offices.
