• Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary
• Collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently

• Bilingual Spanish‑English skillset required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong internet connection with specified upload/download speeds for remote work

• Experience in a customer‑facing role requiring focused attention
• Previous knowledge of insurance products and services
• Ability to adapt to fixed schedules for the first year of employment
• Familiarity with performance metrics in a sales environment
• Experience in handling objections and closing sales effectively
