What you will be doing:

• Utilize negotiation skills to secure cost-effective logistics solutions
• Maintain communication with sales team and customers to resolve issues
• Support company policies and procedures
• Prospect for new customer leads
• Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize margins
• Use CRM systems to track sales activities
• Identify and develop relationships with prospects
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in freight brokerage preferred but not required
• Customer sales experience preferred but not required
• Familiarity with 3PL and TMS systems preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, Excel
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Follow and develop processes, maintain standards
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Drive to succeed, confident communication
• Organizational and scheduling skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Willingness to make outbound sales calls
