Regional Sales Manager

This is a hybrid/work-from-home opportunity where we set your phone appointments and you will be responsible for closing sales and following up with customers. You will also be trained to open accounts face-to-face. This dual approach has been proven by the unusually high number of top performers on our team. • Be prompt when calling prospects at the appointment time
• Contact potential customers through phone and email
• Present our insurance products and services to potential customers and answer any questions they may have
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement sales strategies

• Health and Life License
• Must be licensed in at least 20 states
• Proven experience as an inside sales representative or in a related role
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

$90,000 - $130,000 yearly
