What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service the employer's Cardiac Rhythm Management products to existing and potential customers
  • Implement quarterly sales plans to achieve sales goals and maintain product knowledge
  • Coordinate customer activities and complete required administrative reporting
  • Provide ongoing field intelligence on market trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences
  • Train and educate customers on product performance and maintain adequate inventory
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of experience in relevant medical devices or healthcare sales
  • Valid driver s license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Ability to work and travel outside of normal business hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proven capability to manage time and resources effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of medical sales experience in a hospital environment
  • Experience selling to interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, or cardiothoracic surgeons
  • Demonstrated success in previous positions indicating a high level of sales performance
  • Familiarity with the employer's products and services
  • Local residency within the assigned territory
