What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Execute lead generation campaigns for Rehash, Cancel-Save, and Virtual Sales, focusing on high conversion rates
  • Contact Sat, Not Sold (SNS) leads and canceled sales to offer pricing adjustments and drive conversions
  • Utilize Five9 tools for outreach strategies to maximize consumer engagement and response rates
  • Manage lead curation and reporting in Lead Perfection, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Direct Sales Management team to provide actionable insights for improving sales outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in a contact center or inside sales environment
  • Familiarity with CRMs; experience with Lead Perfection and Five9 platforms is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Excellent negotiation skills focused on value‑based selling and profitability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive revenue targets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a direct‑to‑consumer sales environment
  • Familiarity with strategic pricing strategies
  • Knowledge of compliance and quality standards in sales processes
  • Advanced skills in data interpretation and performance analytics
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment
