This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Representative, based in North Little Rock, AR, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Sales Representative will manage the sales cycle, build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and develop tailored insurance solutions. Additional responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and staying informed about market trends and industry products to provide consultative services to clients.

• Sales and business development skills, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Customer relationship management and client service expertise to maintain and strengthen professional relationships
• Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations (experience in Auto, Home, or Commercial Insurance is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other related technology
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented, results-driven environment
• At least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Licensure in insurance sales or willingness to obtain licensing within a specified time frame
