The Digital Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for driving sustainable growth for Siemens Smart Infrastructure’s Digital Business by expanding the reach of our Building X software portfolio and digital services. Compensation is tied to annual recurring revenue growth from digital offerings in targeted accounts. The role emphasizes high-volume, transactional sales and works closely with the Siemens Area Field team, Digital Service Center, and Project groups.
This is a hybrid role reporting into our Peachtree Corners GA office Monday through Wednesday and working from home Thursday and Friday.
As the Digital Inside Sales Team Lead, you will:- Drive software and digital services growth in new U.S. customer accounts and build customer relationships through digital sales channels, using methods such as video chat, telephone, and social media to interact with customers.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute market-led campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage inbound lead queue with a sense of urgency, appropriately qualifying and converting leads.
- Develop business opportunities by proactively engaging customers through an outbound sales engagement approach.
- Execute a structured sales process to identify, develop, and close opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel aligned with growth targets.
- Lead customer negotiations and deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer engagement.
- Stay informed on industry trends to uncover new opportunities.
- Collect Voice of Customer and provide Voice of Sales insights.
- Utilize sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Highspot, and others.
- Demonstrate the ability to:
- Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Influence and collaborate within a matrixed organization
- Close deals and negotiate contracts
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume Software as a Service sales
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Smart building solutions
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
