Inside Sales Representative - Property and Casualty; Primarily

• Advise prospects on suitable insurance coverage based on their needs
• Verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured individuals
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers
• Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as needed

• Must have or prepare to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 2 months of employment
• Prior sales experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with insurance industry guidelines and regulations
• Experience with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to customers
