Position: *MARCH START* Licensed Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
  • Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while working independently
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, especially in negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Preferred sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to maintain a distraction‑free work environment
  • High‑speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds
