• Complete all assigned training for the Inside Sales Representative role and build on foundational product and clinical knowledge
• Conduct all sales activities in accordance with Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines
• Provide timely updates to the Project Manager regarding ongoing business activities and industry trends
• Maintain and update current and prospective target referral profiles and identify key referral networks
• Schedule virtual calls with physicians to educate them on Novasure and related healthcare solutions

• 4-year degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience
• Ability to successfully complete client training and meet training expectations
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Proficient technical aptitude with computer technology and devices (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM experience)

• Experience in medical device sales
• Experience selling to Primary Care Physicians and/or OB GYNs
• Ability to work a schedule that accommodates different time zones
• Energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented personality
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
