• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate leads within the primary care sector
• Qualify leads by understanding practice needs and assessing their fit for the employer's value-based care model
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation
• Stay updated on industry trends and the employer's solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience working with independent primary care practices
• Familiarity with value-based care models and healthcare industry trends
