Position DetailsThis Inside Sales Agent role is remote and available to candidates residing in Florida. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs, and matching appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
From day one, you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; paid training includes licensing for unlicensed hires.
Training and Benefits- Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- Schedule:
4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (example 11 am–8 pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change. - All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a dedicated workspace with a wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download and 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.

- 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not held).
