Position: Virtual Rare Disease Sales Specialist (MST/PST remote)

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the business owner for your territory, developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve or exceed virtual sales targets
  • Identify, engage, and educate key healthcare professionals, including nephrologists and clinic staff
  • Build and maintain relationships across community and academic centers to support patient identification and treatment
  • Deliver compelling clinical presentations virtually to educate healthcare professionals on product benefits
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams to ensure seamless patient access
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • At least 1 year of virtual/inside sales experience is strongly preferred
  • 2+ years specialty pharmaceutical experience (rare disease or nephrology preferred)
  • Proven track record of sales excellence and success in competitive selling environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to translate complex science into patient-focused dialogue
  • Experience in specialty therapeutic areas, ideally within rare diseases
  • Skilled in business planning and territory management
  • Demonstrated success in product launch experience
