Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Representative (BDR).

As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving Red Novius’ growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing early-stage relationships with potential clients. You’ll work closely with the sales and leadership teams to support go-to-market strategies and build a strong sales pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in the healthcare and life sciences space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new leads through outbound and inbound channels
  • Qualify opportunities and nurture early-stage client relationships
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with prospects
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline growth and sales strategy
  • Track activities and opportunities in CRM tools
  • Stay informed about Red Novius’ services and healthcare industry trends
Qualifications
  • Experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of sales processes and pipeline development
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical, or life sciences industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
