• Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call‑backs to small business owners
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by building relationships, following up on quotes, and closing sales
• Communicate The Hartford's value proposition and additional coverages to potential clients
• Support a high‑performing sales culture by managing daily work activities effectively
• Handle inbound sales calls and provide responsive communication via email and online chat

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Previous call center experience
• Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
• Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus

• Experience in a competitive sales environment
• Familiarity with the insurance industry and its products
