What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales
- Travel regionally 4-6 times per year for in-person interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Promote client products through outbound and inbound calls while engaging HCP targets in program discussions
- Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and sales goals
- Maintain thorough knowledge of client products and ensure accurate communication with target audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical sales
- Ability to travel within the Western US for face-to-face HCP interactions 4-6 times per year
- Experience managing multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to cover all time zones while selling virtually
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales
- Strong technical skills with virtual platforms and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals in a virtual setting
- Strong focus on providing superior customer support and service
