What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive sales growth by collaborating with partners, brokers, and employers within an assigned territory
  • Support the enablement of partners' sales and account management personnel on the Health Equity Solution
  • Develop support materials for partners and brokers to present the solution effectively
  • Attend and lead seminars, including those offering Continuing Education (CE) credits
  • Identify and cultivate broker relationships to explain joint HSA/CDB solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in the healthcare or employee benefits industry
  • 3+ years of experience in the employee benefits and healthcare industry, with proficiency in selling Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Consumer Directed Benefits (CDBs)
  • Documented history of successful sales and/or account management
  • Established relationships with brokers and general managing agents in key markets
  • Ability to effectively train and enable health plan sales and account management teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Direct sales experience with CDHP/CDB and HSA products
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, COBRA, and wellness products
  • Proven adaptability to evolving business demands and market changes
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships
  • Active insurance license in life/health field
