- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Converged Identity Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead sales presentations and conversations throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize revenue and ensure customer success
- Identify market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies effectively
- Train and enable customer‑facing teams on the Converged Identity Platform and best practices
- Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with product and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs
- Must be physically located in the Northeastern region of the United States
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Application Access Governance or related technology
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing Segregation of Duties is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of risk, controls, and compliance regulations such as GDPR and Sarbanes‑Oxley
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of security models for key ERP, EHR, and CRM applications such as SAP and Oracle
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales strategies and scale sales operations
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams to drive revenue growth
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work environment
