Regional Sales Director

• Own revenue responsibilities for the employer’s fully insured products, focusing on the 200-5,000 life segment
• Continue and expand existing fully and self-insured broker partnerships
• Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipeline
• Manage relationships within a partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers
• Present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders effectively

• Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
• Experience in health insurance is strongly preferred
• A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
• Strong ability to present and communicate effectively to external stakeholders
• Commitment to the mission of improving the healthcare system

• Proven track record of delivering strong sales results
• Familiarity with the healthcare market and insurance products
• Experience in relationship management within a partnership ecosystem
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture
• Strong organizational and process development skills
