American Income Life is hiring immediately for Life & Health Insurance Sales professionals to work from home (100% remote). Our Sales Representatives will have virtual training from their home.

• Assist individuals in understanding their insurance coverages and selecting the right products and services by answering inbound phone calls.
• Display compassion when assisting individuals.
• Build customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.
• Assist with the workflow of applications for Life / Health consideration and answering policy-related questions.
• Demonstrating sales skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and adhere to a consistent schedule with minimal assistance.
• Enjoy working online while maintaining a professional attitude.

• Desktop or Laptop, best to have 2-3 available for multiple programs for best presentations.
• Webcam-Video available
• High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection;
  Wifi, Satellite or Hot spot not suggested.
• Upload speed of 3 Mbps;
  Download speed of 16 Mbps
• A USB headset with noise-canceling microphone is a bonus (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech recommended). 3.5 mm headsets and gaming style headsets are not recommended.
• Must have an available cell phone, tablet or landline required for calling with our program.

• Active Life & Health Insurance License in the state you reside. Can apply for non-resident license after initial in-state license.
• Proven oral & written communication skills
• Confidence with desktop computer systems
• At least 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
