Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, fostering lead generation, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve their targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills specifically in the financial industry and a proven track record in sales, enabling them to inspire and motivate their team.

In the first 6–12 months, your focus will be on direct sales and client acquisition
. As you establish a proven sales process and pipeline, you will hire, onboard, and manage a team of three Sales Associates
, shaping the team’s culture and driving revenue growth. Once up and running according to pre-set metrics a second team with be hired and onboarded.
This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll leave your fingerprint on the sales playbook
—defining best practices for prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals with high-net-worth clients.
- Drive personal sales to meet and exceed individual revenue goals during the first 6–12 months.
- Nurture and expand relationships with accredited investors, RIAs, and family offices
. - Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, presentations, pipeline progression, and close.
- Recruit, hire, and train a team of three high-performing sales professionals
. - Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Foster a collaborative, metrics-driven culture of accountability and success.
- Process & Pipeline Management
- Help refine the sales process
—from lead qualification through investor onboarding. - Implement CRM workflows and sales metrics in Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise
. - Coordinate closely with leadership to align goals, forecasts, and compliance standards.
- Client Experience Oversight
- Ensure each client’s journey meets our firm’s white-glove service standards
. - Work closely with compliance and operations to ensure seamless onboarding and KYC/AML adherence.
✅ Required Experience (Non-negotiable)
- 5+ years of financial-services sales experience (e.g., investments, wealth management, alternative assets, insurance, or similar).
- 2+ years of sales-leadership experience (team lead, sales manager, or equivalent role).
- Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue goals in a consultative, high-ticket sales environment
. - Strong grasp of CRM-driven sales processes
, preferably with Dynamics 365, - Experience presenting to high-net-worth investors and/or institutional partners.
- Candidates without financial-services sales experience
. - Candidates without documented sales-leadership background
. - General retail or transactional sales profiles.
- Base salary (minimal) plus tiered commissions AND overrides on team production
. - Clear advancement path to Director of Sales as the team scales.
