Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $/yr

Current levels vary between 70% - 140% annual premium written per policy. Commission level based on activity and sales. The more you work, the more you make. Part-time agents: ~15 hours/week; full-time agents: ~40 hours/week (4 days/week). Some policies issued in 24 hours, some in several days. Monthly bonuses, incentive trips, and equity/carrier bonuses.

• Mentor-type role focusing on Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, and Life Insurance through virtual client meetings.
• Meet with clients virtually who request information about protecting their mortgage and family.
• Utilize exclusive, qualified direct mail leads; no cold calling.
• Schedule and conduct appointments; manage client relationships in a low-pressure environment.
• Leverage training system designed to support success and performance-driven results.
• Work with top-rated carriers offering Living Benefit protection to close deals with ease.

• Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States.
• Need a state life insurance license; assistance available to prepare for Life exam and license (typical timeline 1-2 weeks).
• Clean criminal background (fingerprinting/background check required).
• Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone/virtually.
• Ethical, self-disciplined, trustworthy, growth-minded, performance-driven, and entrepreneurial.
• Independent, teachable, honest, with strong integrity and willingness to serve clients.
