Senior Sales Representative

Overview

• Drive sales of Purina Animal Nutrition products by building relationships with local store management and ensuring effective promotion execution
• Conduct regular store visits to support product sales and exceed performance targets
• Serve as the primary communication link between field teams and internal departments to facilitate collaboration
• Develop strategic partnerships with key customer leaders to enhance growth activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective sales and marketing materials

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related business field
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales or nutritional experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain positive relationships with accounts
• Strong financial and analytical skills for sales data analysis
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight trips (75%)

• Experience in agricultural sales or animal nutrition
• Strong creative thinking skills to develop innovative ideas and strategies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual collaboration tools
