Job Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by generating and closing sales opportunities to meet and exceed annual revenue targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the employer's objectives for specific markets and clients
  • Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing while utilizing CRM tools for tracking and analysis
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to adjust sales tactics and capitalize on opportunities
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track key metrics and performance against goals
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a selling role within the managed care and/or workers' compensation industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies, sales psychology, and buying techniques
  • Strong understanding of the employer's products and competitive landscape
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong software knowledge, particularly with the MS Office Suite
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
