What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive results by identifying and building opportunities within commercial accounts in a defined territory
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing a structured sales methodology
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and existing customers for upselling opportunities
  • Communicate regularly with management and update all activities in CRM and other systems
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive information for internal business decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales with a focus on software and professional services
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce (SFDC), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge in accounting/tax acumen
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and presentations for small and large groups
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and deliver on agreements
  • Familiarity with various communication platforms including Teams and Zoom
  • Strong record of executing innovative sales strategies
