- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing a structured sales methodology
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and existing customers for upselling opportunities
- Communicate regularly with management and update all activities in CRM and other systems
- Provide market intelligence and competitive information for internal business decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales with a focus on software and professional services
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce (SFDC), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge in accounting/tax acumen
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and presentations for small and large groups
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and deliver on agreements
- Familiarity with various communication platforms including Teams and Zoom
- Strong record of executing innovative sales strategies
