Your role: the voice of our B2B customers

As a Sales/Customer Development colleague you are the first point of contact for our B2B customers. You combine commercial feeling with operational follow-up and ensure an excellent customer experience every day.

What will you do?

  • First point of contact for customers with questions about their fleet and contracts;
  • Monitor and follow up on current contracts and ensure smooth renewals;
  • Follow up on quote requests and convert them into new orders;
  • Proactively communicate orders, requests and updates;
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve processes;
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide the best mobility solutions.

What you bring to the team

  • A first commercial experience in B2B and a bachelor degree;
  • A hands-on and flexible mindset: you can switch smoothly between tasks;
  • Commercial flair and a proactive attitude - you see opportunities before the customer;
  • Interest in automotive, mobility and operational leasing;
  • Strong organizational skills and stress resistance;
  • Fluent communication in Dutch, English and French.
