- Experience selling in the commercial facilities sector
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the year
- Familiarity with popular business tools such as Google Work products, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High business IQ and strong analytical skills to manage clients effectively
- A proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals
