What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent customer service skills

- Experience in bookkeeping using Quick Books is a plus
- Ability to work independently without supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other production management tools
- Experience in marketing or community engagement efforts
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer conflicts
- Willingness to attend training seminars and workshops
