- Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
- Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on maintaining a distraction-free environment for customer interactions
- High-speed broadband cable internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds
- Experience in the insurance industry or related fields
- Proven track record of sales success and performance metrics
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
