Position: *MARCH START* Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
  • Maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong focus on maintaining a distraction-free environment for customer interactions
  • High-speed broadband cable internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the insurance industry or related fields
  • Proven track record of sales success and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
