Outside Sales Representative

About this Opportunity

Hibu is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to grow its digital marketing solutions in a hybrid sales environment. You will sell a full portfolio of products including websites, search ads, display ads, reputation management, social ads, and SEO to small businesses across a designated territory.

Year 1: $90,000–$110,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Year 2: $132,000–$152,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

• Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings.

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Execute cold calling and prospecting to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow and manage own book of business, retaining clients for residual commissions.
