• What You Will Do
  :
• Work with qualified leads (no cold calling)
• Conduct client consultations to match families with the right life insurance solutions
• Build long-term relationships through service and follow-up
• Stay compliant with state regulations and company standards
• Manage your own time, set your own goals, and grow at your own pace

What We Are Looking For

• Driven, self-motivated individuals who want to be their own boss
• Sales experience is a plus but not required, full training provided
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one, with our support
