Sales Account Manager

Bulk Wave Wholesale turns excess inventory into opportunity. We partner with retailers and resellers to move large-scale inventory efficiently across the U.S. and Latin America through structured B2B and live-commerce channels.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager based in San Diego, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility or potentially fully remote. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role involves developing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

• Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to resolve client concerns effectively
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with self-motivation and time management skills
• Preferred experience in wholesale or related industries is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and an even stronger desire to learn and grow
